You Terms

• The reservation for the sales period is binding. The rack space fee must be paid in the store before the start of the sales period.
• Price your products in the booking system's web browser or type them in by hand. We use Smuk's own barcoded label sheets, which are always printed on site in our store, regardless of how you price.
• Use the pricing tools we offer and ask Smuk staff for tips to avoid price tag overruns and promote sales.
• 60 price tags and backing cards are included in the price of the You package. If you exceed this quantity, you can purchase additional price tags and backing cards for 10 pieces/€1.
• Price your products realistically and take into account the age and condition of the product. Make sure the products you sell are clean, intact and in season. Any defects should be mentioned on the price tag. 
• We do not sell products without price tags, but we move them to a separate rack in the store, where you can identify your products and reprice them. 
• If you want to change the price of your products, replace them with a completely new price tag.
• When booking, you will receive access to our booking system where you can track sales throughout the period. The customer must add an account number to their customer information for billing. 
• The seller grants Smuk staff full rights to clean and organize the sales rack during the sales period. 
• The spot for your clothes is a rack about 1 meter wide with a lower level.
• ​We do not sell dirty or broken clothes, underwear, formal dresses (prom/wedding dresses), real fur coats and fur clothing, goods, interior textiles, cosmetics, ultra-fast fashion or replica products, be prepared to prove the authenticity of your products.
• We sell children's and adult clothing and accessories. The products sold must be intact, clean, neat and in good condition.
• The sales of clothing at the store can be promoted on behalf of the company on Smuk's social media, to which the seller gives their consent when booking a seller package from us. This means that the staff has the right to make visual, sales-promoting displays of the products on sale and publish images of them on social media.
• The rack can hold about 50 items of clothing and accessories at a time, enough to fit nicely on a rack that is just over a meter long.
• Fill the rack generously to make it as sellable as possible. You can replenish your rack during the sales period or choose an additional service of 5€, in which case we will replenish the rack for you.
• Smuk will store items for sale, including items without price tags, for seven days. If the seller does not pick them up, the items will become the property of Smuk.
• Sales days are calculated as the days the store is open. Any days that the store is closed do not shorten the sales period.
•  At the end of the sales period, it is a good idea to walk around the store looking for any lost products.
• Our store has alarm systems. The price includes 10 alarms and more can be rented during the sales period for 0.40 € / each. We recommend using alarms. Smuk is not responsible for stolen or lost products. Smuk staff does their best to prevent theft. All thefts are reported to the police. Smuk is not responsible for the destruction of products in the event of fire, water damage, vandalism, burglary or other causes beyond the control of the company.
• It is prohibited to bring your own racks, shelves or accessories and display them at the sales point. Products may only be sold in the designated areas.
• For fire safety reasons, products may not be left for sale on floors, walkways or in front of exits. Storing product shipping boxes or bags at the point of sale is prohibited. Smuk reserves the right to clean and dispose of all excess items at the point of sale.
• Sales proceeds will be paid to the seller within seven (7) days after the end of the sales period. Sales proceeds will be paid to the customer's bank account. 
•  Smuk's commission and fixed seller price will be deducted from the balance shown in our booking system upon settlement if it has not been paid in advance in the store.
• If the seller discontinues the sale before the end of the sales period, Smuk will make a final payment to the customer, but we will not pay a refund for the space rental.
• After the final settlement, we will settle the after-sales for a week if the total sales are over €10. So check that your products are not being left behind in wrong racks.
• We will retain sales proceeds for two (2) months after the end of the sales period if you have not provided your account number.
• The seller is obliged to report any defects or deficiencies in the product, for example on the price tag. 
• ​The staff has the right to remove products that violate the terms and conditions from sale.
• Please always inform the staff on site when you are bringing or picking up products.  
• The seller can come to fill their rack on the first day of the sales period after the store opens. The rack can also be filled the day before the reservation during the last hour of the store's opening.
• The sales area must be empty on the last day of the sales period no later than one hour before the store closes. If the seller is unable to clear their sales area themself, they can arrange for the clearing to be done with Smuk staff. The clearing fee is 10 euros.
• Sold second-hand items are not eligible for exchange or return.

  By booking the service, the seller agrees to follow Smuk's instructions and rules. Smuk reserves all rights to make changes.

We Handle Terms:

• The service includes pricing, displaying, steaming if necessary, and packaging the products after the sales period ends.

• The sales space is a rack just over a meter wide, with a lower shelf. The sales period is 12 days (Rovaniemi 14). We provide pricing supplies and security tags for more valuable items, and we will display the products for you.

• Products must be delivered no later than 5 days before the start of the sales period. This gives us time to review and price them. 
• We sell children's and adult clothing and accessories. The products sold must be intact, clean, neat and in good condition.
• Smuk staff has full rights to price the products. We have the right to price the products at our own discretion and to apply discounts to the products. The customer can express wishes regarding pricing and discounts when handing over the products.
• The sales period lasts 12 days (Rovaniemi 14), or 2 weeks.
• The sales of clothing at the store can be promoted on behalf of the company on Smuk's social media, to which the seller gives their consent when booking a seller package from us. This means that the staff has the right to make visual, sales-promoting displays of the products on sale and publish images of them on social media.

• We restock the rack as items are sold. 
• At the end of the sales period, our staff will clear your items from the sales space. Please collect your remaining items on the next business day after your sales period ends, and be prepared to show identification if needed. If agreed, we can also deliver the remaining products to clothing recycling.
• Smuk will store items for sale, including items without price tags, for seven days. If the seller does not pick them up, the items will become the property of Smuk. 
• Sales days are calculated as the days the store is open. Any days that the store is closed do not shorten the sales period.

Smuk-Package Terms:

• The reservation for the sales period is binding. The rack space fee must be paid when the items sold in the store are brought in.

• Bring your clothes to us (max 15 items), and we’ll take care of everything according to the "We Handle" package.

• You can track your sales progress through Smuk’s own operating system.

• At the end of the sales period, we will pack the unsold items, which must be picked up on the next business day after the sales period ends. The final settlement will be made within 7 days, provided that the unsold items have been collected.
